Purchasing

We use Paypal to process our orders. As you go through the shopping cart process, you can select to pay by credit card without the need to signup to Paypal. You do not need to join Paypal to purchase items.

Shipping within the UK

We send items by Royal Mail First Class.

All purchases are sent by Recorded & Singed For Delivery.

Items are appropriately packed ensuring safe delivery.

International Orders

We are unable take online orders from our website outside the UK at the moment. Please email with details of anything that you would like to order and we will do our best to help. rayman@raymaneasternmusic.co.uk

Returns

Items returned within 7 days from the date you recieved them will be fully refunded minus the cost of postage & packing.

Items must be returned in the same condition you recieved them:

* undamaged

* returned in their original packing

* well sealed
